Anyone going to attend this Saturday. Looks like a cool concept with releasing 2 new beers every two hours. I'm hoping they have all 8 on at once later on in the day.

I'm trying to get there around 4:30 and hopefully get some of the sour and the Belgium porter.

Ps. Thanks for posting the link, I got lazy with that!

I was surprised there wasn't a thread for this before now. Feels like Valiant gets very little love on BA.

Noble, Bruery and Hoparazzi's new sours get all the hype.

I'm okay with valiant and bottle logic being less crowded!

When Valiant gets on the same level I'm sure their interest will increase. They're improving, but still not quite there.

I went. Really enjoyed the Stentorian (english barleywine) and the Dickens (Belgian Porter). The sour unfortunately tasted like Orange soda and it seemed like all the tartness came from the Orange.

Also was a fan of the saison.

From what I've heard (not confirmed), they plan on brewing a variety of different styles. For whatever reson, sours are the only "style" that they've released so far. The reason for the love is because their beers are absolutely delicious. I've been fortunate enough to try the 3 that you mentioned, and they are all top notch beers, with the Mango Lassi being my favorite. I've also heard that they are very close to opening their tasting room to the public. Then again, I've been hearing this for a few months. I don't know what the delay is.

Edit: Apologies for the semi-thread jack. Carry on...

Valiant is clearly not on the same level as Bruery or Noble, nowhere near, but I'd take them over Bottle Logic any day. Merely saying that, for a decent brewery, they are rarely mentioned. A year ago I would not have made the same assertion. They've made some very good progress.
