    Hi everyone,

I recently brewed a wheat beer with this hop schedule:

    .75oz Centennial (9.7%) - 60 minutes
    .5oz Cascade (3.2%) - 15 minutes
    .5oz Cascade (3.2%) - 10 minutes
    1oz Citra (14.5%) - 5 minutes

I'm considering using orange blossom honey to prime but I was wondering if the honey flavor would be lost/overpowered by the hop character. Anyone have any idea if the honey would be worth it?

    Thank you!

It would be a few ounces of honey per five gallons of beer. How much character would you expect out of that, regardless of the hops?

I would expect not to taste the honey at all, except maybe in a very flavorless (otherwise) beer. IMO priming with honey, maple syrup, brown sugar, or anything other than table sugar would be a waste of money.
