    I like pretty much anything, bringing a coffee stout tomorrow. I also vote for bottle shares over going to bars

    Since @Redrover can't make it tomorrow, I'm hoping that at least one person coming to practice has a bat we can use. Please post if you will be there and you can bring a bat or two. If not, I'll get us one.

    I'm with you on the ridiculously overpriced Beer Market. $17 for two beers when I last went there. I'm in for Monday. I will be bringing my GF as well. Deal with it, Dana.

    I don't have a bat but I am making a trip to Play it Again sports for a glove before practice and will check out the bat situation.

    Some highlights:
    Batters start with a 1-1 count
    We field 10 and can bat up to 12
    6' - 10' pitching arc will be enforced
    Home run rule is 3 and 1 up
    No alcohol at the park
    Jealous girlfriends are the responsibility of the player who brings them

    I should be there and can bring a bat (not sure how good it is I bought it a few years ago) also are there multiple diamonds at this park? Just want to make sure I don't end up practicing with the wrong group of old dudes :slight_smile:

    if @BeerGreg wasn't bringing his gf he'd be there with a single red rose. I'll be sporting a gray Army PT shirt (with an anti-PT beer belly) and a Twins cap. There's a parking lot off of Sharon that's near two of the fields, we should meet there first. There are four other fields close by so if those near the lot are taken we can coordinate a move.

    I will have a sox shirt and white /black striped baseball pants. Bringing two bombers of homebrew and maybe another bottle. I can't hang out afterwards for too long.

    Greetings! I'm HoozierDaddy's brother mentioned above. Looking forward to meeting the team tonight. I'll have a 34" 28oz bat if anyone wants to use it. I'm hoping somebody has a 30 oz to try out. I wanna get familiar with both before I buy one for myself. It's been a long time since I've played in a league and I'm excited to give it a go!

    You guys should just meet up and drink prior to your first game. Practicing slow pitch softball is for men who's wives beat them.
