Recommended Beer Stores in Grand Rapids area?

What area of GR are u going to be in? There a ton of stores to choose from, but it can be narrowed down if u want somewhere close.

I'd say Siciliano's is my favorite. They have a huge selection, good prices, and are very knowledgeable about the product (beer/wine).

 

Grand Rapids isn't so big that your friend won't have to drive far to any store, but Siciliano's is the top one, but the rest of the stores on the Places list cover the rest of the options and are good choices too.

 

Ha, true point. I actually had the same thought after I posted that...

 

Rishi's International Beverage also has a great selection. Bought some Beer Camp there today. I imagine it's also highly rated on BA.

 

Not sure about stores, but do yourself a favor and vist Hopcat for a few. It maybe the best beer bar in the Midwest!

 

Definitely Siciliano's because everything they sell in by individual bottle. Great way to bring home a wide variety of offerings. Plus you get a discount for buying 24 or more and bombers count as 2.

 

Siciliano's and Rishi's are the two best places to visit. Both have huge selections and very helpful staff.

 

If you make your way west they're good bottle shops in holland and grand haven area.. for example Holland has beer camp at three different places and it seems plenty available at the moment..
