I would say "complex" but I would be stocked and rocked

    Yeah, hear that.

If you haven't tried it, Interlude is the same base beer but they used the yeast differently, at least that is what they told us. don't have my notes, but one used the strains separately, the other in two stages. Very interesting effects and differences between the two. I would actually pick Interlude, but can't go wrong with either IMHO.

Since you asked, it's a Goose Island IPA. It's gonna be something else a little later, I'll be sure to keep you informed.

Another Beer from this Brewery and its another damn good tasty beer! Creamy light medium bodied mouth feel , sweet , Malty coconut flavors.Slightly hopped. For 6.8 abv you would think its 4%. Looks like a cola almost in the glass. As it warms the coconut just pops in the smell like this

Laying low on the ABV tonight but it cuts the humidity and still packs a flavor punch

Nice clear color, light fruity aroma, the bitterness dropped off a bit though (a little hop sediment suspended in there as well) ...

... so tagged it with 5cc's of Simcoe oil extract ...

Now? Kickin' back with a can of crack before kitchen clean up!!

It seems to have taken some heat here on BA, but I actually liked it. The wild yeast/brett characters are pretty subtle, but its still a fairly complex and tasty BSPA.

Moving on to some White Rajah. Delicious beer and brewed only a couple hours from where I live, I'll have to make way out there to the brewery sometime.
