This is one of my serious wants for a long time, but you never see it on the forums. Does anyone know what it takes or should I just start a random ISO?

    Thanks

They're making it again in much larger quantities so it's trade value has taken a hit, which you should know before making an offer. You,may want to wait for the new batch

Thanks for looking out. I may just make a run down to Kentucky if they're increasing quantities. Ohio really needs to up their ABV limit

Does it just sit on the shelf in Kentucky? Next to the Rare?

He's simply implying that if they're making larger quantity of the next batch, it will hopefully/likely make it down to Kentucky because Anchorage distributes there. Ohio has ABV restriction and ADwtD doesn't make it to Ohio due to ABV restriction so he'll run down to KY and try to get it there.

    I'm on board.

Was just referring to an old running joke that BCBS Rare used to sit on the Shelf in Kentucky months after it was released, and anyone could just drive on down and get it if they really wanted to. Even with increased production of ADwtD, I am guessing it will disappear quickly wherever it hits, and not actually be sitting on any shelves for long in Kentucky or anywhere else.

I have family in Ohio that I visit every year, so am sadly familiar with their crap ABV laws!

You should probably also know that the new batch is not going to be released until at least January 2015...so if you're looking to drink it any time soon, you're going to either need to trade for it or be prepared to wait a long time.

I get the sneaky suspicion that batch 2 will not taste as good as the original....just sayin

Yeah, I heard you won't be able to taste the rare anymore in batch 2. It'll be garbage.

Anchorage, please come to Texas before January 2015 so I can drink this glorious garbage.
