What brewery do you wish you could try something from?

    Surly makes a well-regarded smoked beer, right? (yes it is, I just looked it up) Well, that would be my own personal trump card, so it's Surly for me too.

    Cantillon is at the top of my list.

    Also want to try Russian River, Hill Farmstead, Deschutes and Surly.

    I wish we had Surly distribution here in MO but I've had their stuff before.

    I really wanna try Hill Farmstead though.

    Both have been hammered in but Cantilion and Hill Farmstead for sure. The Bruery to a lesser extent.

    For me it would be Funky Buddha. Frankly I'm fine now having never tried their stuff, but I would be curious to see if any of it lived up to the hype and/or take pleasure in dispelling it.

    Most other breweries that I can't normally get but would want to I have tried at least something from. A more real example might be Alchemist, though I may get to try HT tomorrow actually.

    well i can try anything pretty much via trades. what do i wish i could get more often? surly. and for anyone who wants some at least in nwi/chicago go to france44.com and they will send some to you

    I'd say Funky Buddha but I don't have the caliber of wales people ask for it.
