Single Hop Mosaic Brew search

    It's hard to find single hop mosaic brews since mosaic is pretty much strictly an aroma hop. You would most likely use something else for bittering.

    Thanks for that input. I am not a fan of "dank" so I personally would have avoided this beer if the only information I had was the brewery's description.

    Do you know of any beers where Mosaic hops were solely used for flavor/aroma additions?

    Must try Sosus, and yes, Societe The Bachelor Mosaic was terrific.
