Zombie Dust, steak tips, and the Celtics. Even the NBA fixing games can't ruin my night

Grabbed one of those last night. Whitewater and Red were my two fav's, but every beer in there was pretty good.

In case anyone was wondering, the brats turned out perfect. The Kalamazoo Stout gave them a lightly sweet chocolate/caramel flavor.

Edit: Sautee'd the onions that were cooked with the brats and lots of brown mustard.

dude, looks awesome, but you should seriously try cooking them in Founders Dirty Bastard. I came to the realization recently that that beer is amazing for cooking. I can't wait to try some brats in it. Some beers just don't cook well, but that one just turns to heavenly flavors. I reheated some roast beef with it and it ended up being the best "french dip" sandwich I have ever had, and the "au jus" was just the beer i reheated it in, plus whatever juices mixed in during cooking.

First up was dinner with a 60 min IPA, then a Full Sail Black Lager.

Now in the picture on the left is a Cricket Hill American Ale and on the right a shot of Schwartzhog!
