Bishops in Whitehouse Station had 8 on the floor yesterday at $17.99 per.

 

3 more left at ridgeway liquors in Lakehurst rt 571. As of 11am. 24.99. Run Forrest run!

 

They charged me $25 today.

 

Dammit.

 

the 17.99 price was due to a screw up at the distributor, they contacted all the stores and notified them the corrected costs which resulted in the higher price, not the stores fault on the pricing

 

Went to Cloverleaf Tavern today for beer camp. Burned through the 12 of them (3 flights) in about 90 minutes. Was not impressed overall. The only ones I really liked were the Double Latte Stout, Yvan the Great, Myron's Walk and Torpedo Pilsner. The rest were average to below average. Glad I didn't waste time tracking down a 12 pack.

 

Released in Burlington County today. Maro Bros got the most in the area.

 

How bad was the mark up?

 

$26 for the 12 pack. Beats the $36 I saw it for at multiple locations in Philly. Glad I was forced to wait a week.

 

Not that bad. That's about the middle of the range I've seen...

I got the last case at wegmans cherry hill around 12:30ish pm Friday apparently. That's KBS like speed .

 

Very true, but I was able to try all 12 beers on draft, have a pretty good burger, some great beer conversation and not have to suffer through 12 ounces of a few of the crappier beers (only 3 or 4 of them were worthy of a full 12 ounce serving). As a bonus, they screwed up my bill and I paid only a few dollars more than what most people did for the 12 pack.

I have my name on a couple lists for the 12 pack when they arrive in my area. Both said they aren't expecting very many cases. I will pass on them if I make the cut, allowing others to try it for themselves.

 

Apparently today is the day for NNJ. I also was at Cloverleaf last night, like 5 of the 8 I tried I would have again.

 

Got mine today at broad liquors in clifton around 1230 for $25.67. There were 12 left.

 

Just got mine at Ramsey Liquors for $25.99. Probably about 6 left on the floor an hour ago.

 

Damn, I meant 7 were left. Not sure how I messed that up

 

Thanks for the tip. Just got mine there about 45 minutes ago and they still had a few left.

 

Have been out of country for a week. Looks like I missed it. Anyone know who might still have in Southern NJ?
