Jack's Abby Barrel Aged Framinghammer

Super easy today. In and out within 5 mins. If I wasn't on my lunch break you would have had to pry me off of one of those stools.

 

Great time this evening! Cocoa-Nut was delicious as I remember, maybe even stronger on coconut than last batch. If the budget allowed I would have grabbed a whole box, but settled for 4 bottles and some Cascadian Schwarzbier.

 

Surprised how empty it was considering the release. I got a sample of PB&J and Coco while there and, to be honest, I didn't love them. Coco tasted pretty damn boozy (in an unpleasant Malibu rum type of way) but im hoping it will even out in a little while. PB&J was a little better, but I don't think either compare to the original or coffee/vanilla. Left with a bottle of each BA Framinghammer variant and a couple bottles of Hopstitution #3 (which is phenomenal)

 

Hey @JacksAbbyBrewing , which variants, if any are still available? I'll be swinging through tomorrow

 

No offense, but maybe just call the brewery?

 

All variants are still available. We expect them to last a couple weeks.

PB&J and CoCoa-Nut are bottles only. We no longer have Calptra, we have moved on to Hopstitution #4, Aussie Rules(galaxy, topaz and ella) which is available in growlers and bottles.

 

Cool...#4 actually sounds even better. Getting my driver's license renewed at AAA Framingham in the morning and then I'll be there.

I'm also planning my first trip to the brewery tomorrow. Is it safe to say that all the Framinghammer variants will be available in bottles for takeout. Just want to be sure before I make the 11 hour round trip drive from the Philly burbs.

FWIW, a liquor store across from TD Garden ( forgot the name ) still has BA Framinghammer and birth coffee and vanilla variants. That concludes this public service announcement.
