We were just talking at a share recently (same guys as the share you attended) how much you post. But we all enjoy your antics

 

I remember way back during round 1 I was gonna give a hint related to posts, and realized that I had posted a lot more than I realized. But when I checked everyone, you blew us all away as far as number of posts is concerned.

And after a very quiet day on this thread yesterday, you guys are all making up for it today. Thanks for all the details/explanations on LIF -- I will definitely do that sometime soon...

 

Well technically I was in time to like this post but I was definitely not a night owl last night. I can't believe the times some of you guys get up for work @treznor and @Tee2Grn. Anyway, I just liked this LIF post @wheelzntoys because you're awesome, but I'll DQ myself.

BTW, this thread is always the best way to spend the first 15 minutes of my work day part of the reason I like starting an hour before most of the office.

edit* @Lehighace06 I don't think anyone minds your staggering number of posts. I thought you thought there was a prize for the most posts in the thread.

 

Yeah I like to talk a lot, and unlike in a conversation where someone can talk over me (easier said than done) or just walk away, I can talk as much as I want here

LOL ... I think when I read the thread my brain registers every comment that is not specifically directed at someone else, as if it was said specifically to me (rather few actually are), rather than just openly stated to the group; that triggers my need to reply to it like it was a direct conversation. In Stouts BIF I was trying to define 'active vs inactive' participant, and started with 'I guess at least one post per page' before I realized that with me posting as much as I do, that could be kinda tough to accomplish

Well, then I take a breakfast break, do a little work and come back on for another 20 or so

Btw, this was part of the reason I was feeling "sleepy" a little early last night

Glad I'm not the only one who's on at work. It's funny how dead the forums get on weekends when we're all too busy drinking beer.

 

Had a flight cancellation last night and needed to get home as early as possible today to do some laundry so I could fly back out tomorrow morning for vacation... which led to being on a 5am flight. Such is life.

 

I'm generally only using my phone on the weekends, and BA is still a little iffy there.

 

@valrxman BM your address and congrats!

I thought there would be only about 5 night owls.

True, I was thinking I'll have to wake up in the wee hours of the morning to see who has liked the post.

Little did I know likes are time stamped, something new for me.

 

Unlikely he's going to back out. He will be rewarded handsomely at Pizza Boy.

 

Sadly, I think I am bailing... It's going to take all I've got to talk the Mrs into letting me go to a tapping of King Henry, Bourbon County Cherry Rye and Bourbon County Vanilla next Thursday, there's no way I can convince her to let me do Tired Hands on Tuesday too...

Now, if I lose the battle for that event, maybe Tired Hands will be my consolation prize... but even then probably not, I am after all, the wurst. Just make sure you order some candied bacon while you're there.

 

The only way I'd back out is if my store was understaffed so I threw a few extra bodies on the schedule. Pretty sure I'm good to go!
