    I agree your legality argument, but there's no ethical dilemma or situation here. Unless you find capitalism to be reprehensible and immoral, someone acting as a middle man and reselling things is just not a moral issue. Even if they are price gouging the hell out of it:

    1. Beer is not needed to survive
    2. You have no right to a beer you want

    Illegal? Sure. Distasteful? Fine. Offensive? I suppose if you're the sensitive type.

    Immoral? Barking up the wrong tree here.

    Necessity is not a requirement for defining morality. Capitalism isn't by default irreprehensible or moral. I think people and companies far too often use capitalism as an excuse for their lack of morality and ethics.
