I know you're not with them any more, but why isn't the Plant 1 listed on the Snoqualmie site as a year-round beer?

Also, why the change from Little Si Kölsch to Schooner Zodiac? Different recipe or rebranding?

Plant 1 isn't made year round.. in fact there is no set schedule for it that I know of. It just sort of happens... The Schooner Zodiac is essentially the same recipe, the name is for a special release theme each year. Different beer each year, but the theme is supposed to be something of historical significance from the area. Snoqualmie does the Zodiac beer cruise every year so they are good friends of the brewery and a 100 year old sailing vessel.

    So... guys

I went out and bought a bottle of Wildcat IPA over the weekend and drank it.

I didn't note any weed (disappointed!! lol) but the best words to describe the hop profile were earthy - slightly spicy - and bitter. I did get some floral notes too but I didn't note much dankness.

I don't think my bottle was fresh though, not sure if this makes much difference as I do not believe this is a super hoppy beer to begin with anyway.
