    I'm on to my penultimate selection from Beer Camp-

    Pretty nice Pale Ale- it kind of reminds me of the way I remember Alpha King. Lots of caramel and citrus (a definite orange peel thing going on) on the nose, with some sort of preserves/jam type thing (fig?) leading the way on the palate. The finish is long and toasty, with just enough bitterness to keep it interesting.

    Good evening fellow Sunday WBAYDN-ers! Spent most of the afternoon at a volunteer recognition picnic; had plenty of hoagies, wraps, chips and cookies! Spent a lot of time at the pool too. Youngest son finally got past his fear of the water and was jumping off of the diving board! ***Edit: Now the video works***

    Yeah, almost a drain pour but since I carted it back from Athens, GA, last week, lovingly replacing the ice as it melted, I forced it down. Definitely not my cup of anything. I'm sure some will like it (ravg = 3.76). My rating is based on style, tempered by taste. Kind of sad, since I drove from Savannah to Athens just to buy beer - oh well, macht nichts. Want a couple?
