A delicious English pale ale! Taste of caramel, toast, brown bread, plum, apple, nuttiness, light roast, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Extremely clean and well balanced malt, earthy hop, and yest ester flavors. Light earthy bitterness on the finish gives it great balance. Very good robustness of flavors for 5% as well. I really enjoyed this.

Very nice Belgian Dark ale. Taste of caramel, chocolate, toast, coffee, brown bread, brown sugar, raisin, plum, clove, pepper, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice yeast spiciness on the finish. Well balanced yeast, malt, and light earthy hop flavors. Smooth and fairly crisp in the mouthfeel. Nicely enjoyable and very tasty.

Last of my camping. Excellent all around. Taste of big dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, roasted malt, toast, cream, light vanilla, light caramel, dark bread, light char, and roasted earthiness. Fair amount of roasted coffee bitterness on the finish. Great balance of the roasted bitterness/sweetness profile. Moderate creamy and very smooth, nice mouthfeel. Very enjoyable.

This is awesome! I love regular Golden Monkey so much, even though it seems like everyone else hates it(like that even matters though). I love this one just as much. Taste of lemon, orange zest, golden raisin, pear, apple, apricot, white wine, vanilla, oak, coriander, clove, light pepper, candi sugar, herbal, and yeast/oaky earthiness. Simply excellent balance of the wine barrel notes and tripel base. It works so well. Nice crisp finish, I love it.

Bottled a week ago and it's carbed up pretty well. Could probably wait another week or so. Delicious though.

Much cooler seeing this photo than seeing the widget in the unfilled cans on the OB tour! Go Bills! Cheers!

Started earlier with this…Westbrook Gose: NOT overrated, too easy to drink.

Then moved on to New Stout Sunday. FBS '13 - wish I had enough to drink this daily.

I love ending my drinking night with a stout, this is my first time trying this stout from Central Waters. It's probably 15 degrees too cold right now but I'm really enjoying the first smells and sips, this is a top notch brewery.

Had me a Port City Revival oyster stout at my local oyster bar. I cannot get over how much I love that beer. Much much better than Flying Dog Pearl Necklace (which is still really good in itself).
