Breaking in to my new stash of New Glarus beers. Really love Serendipity.

 

And on to this...this...this fantastic Baltic porter! Wow - one of the best ever!



A couple of these bad boys and I'll be hanging with the trolls (Yes,I know the music is Norwegian, not Finnish). And you can see who's on deck.

 

Nice night on the deck paired with this local brew. It's not too shabby

 

Bells Black Note Stout. Amazingly smooth and we'll balanced.

 

As promised. Allagash Curieux. Haven't had this in about a year and a half, still amazing.

 

uh.. doesn't really remind me of a Kolsch... but the mullet is truly majestic... bigger than the one I had in the 80s for sure.

This is an amazing beer. Got this out of pure luck as it was gifted to a friend who doesn't like ipas who then re-gifted it to me. Definitely will be looking out for this one in the future.

 

Toppling Goliath - pseudoSue. It is good to have a spouse that has a reason to go to Decorah, IA.

Sometimes I do this number where I shuffle my entire iPod and listen to every song. I've been at it for several weeks. Today or tomorrow, it'll be done. Song 1871 of 1895 is

 

Saving this one for last too. Hoping it will be the best of the 12.

 

Having a bit of an existential crises here. After having an absolutely amazing time at Phish shows this weekend it reminded me how much I missed that scene and really made me wonder what my life would be like if I went full out hippie, like living out of a van following bands and fests around the country hippie. There's honestly something very appealing about the simplicity of it all.

 

Had the first football practice of the season today, so the wife and I are having a little IPA tasting to celebrate:

Probably my only chance to get some HF(sorta, I know) without trading. Good Brett funk, kinda flowery, seems high on the carbonation. Very enjoyable.
