Spent the weekend in wisconsin. Here to proclaim my love to Dancing Man Wheat. That beer is amazing. Where the hell does he hide the 7.2%. Almost wish it was lighter but that is seriously an incredible brew.

Moon man and Scream were solid, but i don't think they were very fresh. Wish i'd made it up earlier to try Scream when it was released.

 

Sounds good. Not sure what day or even if I'll make it now. If I don't I'll have this posted in the trade forum......

Welcome to exactly what I went through in the Dark Horse BBPt5th thread. It was my 1st release & the chaos was strong in that thread. Some of it was trolling & it was tough to figure out what was serious & what was people screwing around.
Scarier still is that some of the posts that I thought were trolling....actually occurred

 

Very nice of you but I'd rather change into something that uh doesn't look familiar & might be mistaken for someone else. I mean not that I would ever want to disguise myself, sorry silly thought there. Just a pain sometimes though when someone says, "hey, thought I saw you" In a way a long time friend might say it, of course. Plus time might be tight and will have other things at hand to get to & won't have time to stop for a quick chat. Anyway the clothes gotta be waterproof obvs, duh. Might check out the farm & fleet on the way up. Hear they have a nice camo section...

 

I've got an Assassin that I'd love to share with ya Matt. Not sure yet what time we'll be making it up to NG (fri or sat morn)

Here is what will happen:

Beer will be released on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Everyone on this thread will get at least two bottles.
Some people will complain that it's not VSB and then wonder when Founders will release CBS again.
Other people will talk about seeing people go through the line at least twice.
There will be a handful of 'Does anyone have any for trade?' posts on this thread.
There will be a debate about how the high bottle count means it isn't as good / tradable / not-worthy-of-landing-beer-X as another beer that somehow has some indeterminate value for whatever reason.
Folks will ask if anyone has opened a bottle yet.
FIBs will be blamed (possibly for good reason) for people going into hysterics and getting there way too early for an announced 4500 bottle count release.
Some pictures of people who got more than two bottles will be posted and piss a few people off.
People will yell at the people who are pissed off by the picture(s) and will then respond by yelling at the people pissed off because the people are pissed off.
Bourbon County will be released on November 28.
