There is a 2009 Cantillon Blabaer in my cellar that will be calling my name when the right occasion pops up.

Unlike most, I drink whales! They seldom last more than a month in the cellar. That said, I have some h.ertie bottles that need to be drunk soon.

    Man you really do!

I held onto a 2012 Vigneronne for 9 months, which was a massive feat!

    Right now Hommage b2.

Probably Parabola 2014, KBS 2014, or my one bottle of Fantome Printemps. My personally favorite "whale" that I looked around for a while is HotD Adam, as I love old ales.

Flora Blueberry and Assassin 2014 are what i have. It's a slippery slope because a year ago it would have been something way different. :sunglasses:

Too many to count (!) , but an Isabelle Proximus and a few '06-'08 La Folie come to mind right away.

As of right now it would probably be either my bottle of Hill Farmstead Prolegomena (under 1000 produced, I believe) or my bottle of 2013 Lawson's Maple Tripple with the hand numbering.

No whales, nor anything really resembling such. Closest might be the 2013 Central Waters BB Stout I picked up last week at a liquor store where someone had stashed it in the back of the cooler because the handle on the 4Pk was broken. Their loss, my gain.

Either my '12 Westy or this year's Dark Lord. Both are probably gonna stay in there for quite some time.
