    I mentioned in post above but here's the cliff notes:
    Fresh- good but hot
    Year- really good and losing the alcohol heat
    2+ years- freaking awesome and the flavors really shine through.

    Both awesome beers! I do prefer BB4D but IMO, 4D ages a bit better. Now you must try Solstice Stout. Real talk!

    Finally ran out of space in my "liquor" cabinet and pulled my "cellared" brews out to move to my basement. The Paulaner Salvator sixer went into my "beer fridge" in the garage and while I was in it decided to start the day off with a BTHA...cheers!

    Cheers and Happy IPA Day BA's! I finally have the crowning glory of IPA's , the beer that started me on IPA's, the beer that got my highest ever rating in the IPA category because it was one of the first I ever tried. (has anyone else noticed how that happens?) Ballast Point Sculpin! damn delicious is what it is and I will be serving this with my orichiette pasta and swiss chard later.
