Why can't people just wait for someone actually drinking a beer now to start this thread. With the way some people think I am surprised there aren't more posts of people just drinking beers in the haul thread.

 

Westbrook Rummy Old Time (Belgian-style dark ale aged in rum barrels) 11% ABV. Saved the best for last. Seems like this is the only variant out of 4 that's carbonated. This is freaking awesome! Cheers!

 

That is more like a Sloppy Joe. However, a proper Sloppy Joe would have three slices of bread.

This might just be a regional thing, but in these parts, a Sloppy Joe is a Triple decker with meat (Usually a combination of turkey, corned beef, brisket and/or pastrami) cole slaw and Russian dressing

 

Browned ground beef combined with chicken gumbo soup, ketchup and mustard for a tasty spin on the classic recipe.

not bad very murky beer lowish carbonation picking up a stone fruit taste with almost I want to say a raisin taste overall pretty fair at 5.5%. Not bitter at all I've almost drank the entire glass while I rambled.

Has nothing to do about it being the South. True, authentic Cuban sandwich contains both: ham and pulled pork. Go down to Miami and check it out!
