I guess I need to work on my taste for sours, I like RR sours but Cantillon is over the top sour. A work in progress.

 

I don't know why I keep getting 120 minute but I got two bottles (my first two ever) a couple weeks ago, stored them, and got two more from the same bottle date tonight (5/28/14). Going to try one soon to experience it fresh, take one to a bottle share, and keep the other two to age.

Met up with our own @mklisz for a tour of Columbus and he hooked me up with a few locals from his neck of the woods.

And now for a one off, and @Tee2Grn put me in the ''pro" Cinnabilly camp! This is wonderful

 

The only thing keeping me hesitant to do so is the fact that I have yet to actually try it haha

 

I've never really been into sours, but am starting to get there -- I consistently rank them below their average score, but lately it's been close. I had my first Cantillon (Iris) yesterday, and really liked it. But I'm still at the point where I will only try a sour that is top tier, while I'll try almost anything in a lot of other styles.

 

I'm into sours enough that I've had a couple of infected beers and said (out loud, so others could hear me): "You know, that isn't too bad. Not what they were going for, but interesting" while others looked at me like I was crazy.
