I second that. The Obsidian goes down like velvet and it's not too heavy either.

That makes the thread moot. Anyways Brooklyn chocolate stout is made with chocolate malts not chocolate flavoring. Keep an eye out. Hipocrate.

From the states you could try:
    Sierra Nevada Stout
    Deschutes Obsidian
    Anderson Valley Barney Flats
    Sixpoint Diesel

    Lots of UK examples like:
    Sam Smith's Oatmeal Stout
    Sam Smith's Imperial Stout
    Fullers Imperial Stout
    Fullers Black Cab

Victory Storm King. Very hoppy, and I don't recall having much, if any, of a chocolate or coffee flavor to it.

Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout. It's chocolate in name only.

I was once like you, chocolate flavors i could handle but even the smell of coffee was too much for me, so i transitioned from amber and reds to browns then porters and stouts. A slow transition helps your palate to adjust.

Typically with dark malts and roasted malts you get coffee flavors and chocolate flavors and you do not need to add extra actual coffee and or chocolate but im still going to drink it if you do decide to add them.
