No thank you. I'd go without beer for a week (or however long) first.

I would at least give it one try, if I saw this in a store. Wrapping a bomber or a couple 12 ouncers in a sweatshirt and carrying it up a mountain has still worked for me every time though.

Beers taste better on a mountaintop anyway.

If I am not packing beer, I am not packing carbonated water. I am also not spending money on a carbonation device only to be used when camping. If I don't want to carry beer in, I'll either take a bottle of bourbon or go dry. No big deal there.

I would try this is offered but I have no practical interest in this product.

The section on drinking the concentrate neat did make me giggle snort. Sounds like something to do on a losing bet. To be fair I feel that way about camping. Hotels are a thing. The outdoors are full of weather and bugs.

For camping under extreme conditions? Wild Turkey 101, any other accommodations available you fill up the ice chest with what you want, but be sure to have a strong stout to go with the eggs and bacon at breakfast.

    Beer Karo syrup? No thanks,..

I looked on IncrediblyStupidAndUnnecessaryGimmickyDevicesForIdiots.com website and this was listed as "coming soon".

I'll pass. As many have already said, can't think of a thing on the packing list this would replace.

You looked on the wrong site. Remember lists of the "Top N..." are all the rage these days. Try

That is one of the rare times that I would, dare I say on this site, chose wine over beer. You can carry the real deal in a pouch and it doesn't have to be refrigerated. That is if transport is an issue--if your hiking to the campsite. Otherwise there are great beers in can that pack easily.

I've done my fair share of long-distance backpacking trips where the weight you'll have on your back is a serious consideration. I generally just don't drink alcohol for a few days, or just bring a flask of whisky.

Another beer-related product for people who don't really like beer. No, thanks.

Would you ever be able to sell wine concentrate to wine connoisseurs? No. So why are they marketing this crap to us?

Camping and "roughing it" aren't my idea of fun to begin with so this isn't anything I'd ever have practical use for. Most people I know that camp, drive their vehicle to a campsite, and sleep In a tent or trailer, so plenty of room for a cooler and beer.

Would certainly try it just to judge the quality for myself.
