Noble's, Tongue Tickles?

After the run of showers series, I forgot what this tasted like.
I forgot how dank and solid it was.

 

I like November being the 8th month of the year.

Very clean and refreshing after the Shower series. Glad to see this one back on tap and in bottles. But.......at 9 bucks a bottle! The only good thing about the 9 is thats it. Tax is included. So really its 8 and some change. Four bottle limit. I guess they have plenty of bottles on this run. FYI- I was told the next Showers will be this coming Weds. Don't quote me on that but thats what the guy said yesterday at Noble. And he wasn't exactly 100% sure on it. So save up for another $9 per bottle. My bet is the Tongue is better than the next Shower.

Next showers = chinook.

 

Chinook can be tricky. Curious to see how it goes as I await Mosaic.

 

Chinook? Seriously? Is this verified? Hmm, one of my least favorite varieties. Like frog, I too am looking forward to mosaic, and also galaxy, hallertau blanc, sorachi ace, and some more of those unnamed experimental varieties that I've been seeing used in many recent IPA's. Perhaps my opinion of Chinook will be altered. I'll give it a try with an open mind.

 

Mark me down for not being a fan of Chinook as a single hop either. Still think they should reduce the ABV of the Showers series by 1% and the price by $2. Or just the price by $2.

 

Back to our regularly scheduled program: K&L Hollywood has 8 bottles of Tongue Tickles as of an hour ago.
