I usually have multiple IPAs available. Right now I have Finest Kid ( a favorite), Flagship from Carolina Brewery (local), and SN Torpedo. But ,on a different note, I always have the 16 oz. Fat Tire cans in the fridge.

Sure. It certainly won't break the bank. It's been my go to lawn-mower beer for as long as I care to remember. I get a good bit of good-natured crap about it from friends and co-workers but, those same people never refuse one when they stop by the house. Is it good/bad? I don't know, I just like it and it's always in my fridge.

Until recently I had been on such a tear that I never had the same thing twice because I had so much backlog, a lot of which was hoppy and wanted to be consumed sooner rather than later. But lately I've worked through most of what I can find in stores easily near me and have started getting some stand-bys for when I just want a beer to relax with and not evaluate critically. I've found that Sierra Nevada Stout, Cigar City Jai Alai, and Stone Levitation satisfy my most common cravings. Sometimes I'll go Torpedo. I've started seeing Bell's Amber on shelves near me and hope that means Two Hearted may show up, because I'd get that a lot. A couple years back I'd get Left Hand Sawtooth for something reliable and uncomplicated and tasty on a regular basis.

For some people, life is all about trying new things and having new experiences; it isn't about "finding" anything. It's all about the journey. I can tell you from my own experience that I get bored easily, and I love trying new restaurants and new vacation destinations and new music, and beer is just another aspect of that. Some people enjoy going with something they know is good and is familiar, and some people enjoy the feeling of experiencing something for the first time.

Despite them both being seasonals and coming out at the same time, I buy more NN and Hopslam than any other beer.
