    I bought a premade cucumber dill greek yogurt and added a couple dashes of white vinegar , some kosher salt, crack head black pepper, olive oil , then all the veggies. The fresh dill at meijers looked liked ass so i passed.

    Tzatziki sauce works. Yeah, most of the time "fresh" dill here is horrible as well. I just buy dried dill now, but it's super easy to grow dill yourself.

    I had a 2012 and a '14 on tap last weekend and I have to say I prefer this fresh but it's delicious no matter how you have it.

    Next Portland stop, the world-famous Horse Brass pub. Apart from the fact they seem to have a real problem with having kids on the premises, there's 100 taps and probably the most authentic attempt at a real 'English' pub that I've found so far in the US. They just can't replicate the smell though...

    Enjoying one of the best IPAs on the planet, Boneyard RPM...

    I've always loved good tequila on the rocks during the summer, but the passion is obsolete since my beer addiction. I may have to seek out more of this one.
