    Turned out awesome. All hickory, since I have a ton of it. I am seriously thinking about getting some Apple or Cherry to go with it next time.

    I think I'm going to split it into two smaller butts moving forward. It honestly always turns out plenty moist even when I split it in two, but more bark = more flavor.

    Thanks for the advice!

    @IPAFan521 I might need you to step for 1 bottle of VWP if you can spare it. @TastyDelicousness and I seemed to have miscounted and I don't to leave anyone hanging. If the IL boys can take care of the thread that'd be great.

    Dan said that it would develop more funk and that it would probably carb more. I haven't had it yet. Will probably pop one during the SWTFYW Fantasy draft to throw off the other guys. :wink:

    Nice!!! He said the same to me. Also, I was able to try 2 different pours in line from friendly people that wanted a pour of my LiL...very good stuff. Very jammy right now. Need to give it some time to grow.

    Instead of only a few people hogging all the glory, would anyone rather pick a person who wants a bottle of NG VWP and send a bottle to the people we gathered earlier so everyone is happy?...

    I've shipped out 4, drinking 1 this weekend and sharing one with tasting partners and hope to have Skippy or anyone other MN people try it out. Gonna sit the other two for a while.
