Yup, it's GO-zuh. Source: Two years of semi-worthless German classes. Seriously, pronouncing beers is the most use I get out of it.

VY-en-shtuh-FAWN-uh (not that you asked...see above, making use of German class...)

I once ordered a Saison from The Bruery at a restaurant. The waitress was so confused haha.

Say "Berlin" and then put the "r" at the end.

Well I was at Beer Camp in Asheville with my wife, and she was enjoying a variety of fruity beers and (sorry I don't remember the actual beer name) but it had the word Peace in it, and went up to the guy (she was long past hammered) and kept saying "give me the peach!" The guy was puzzled and finally just gave her a beer. In her defense she is originally from South Korea, then learned some Japanese, and then learned English. So she did better than I would have, but still hilarious!

Private confession. After I'm a little tipsy, I pronounce Gose the wrong way....way too often.

My buddy is Belgian...apparently I mispronounce just about all of their beer names. Better with the French ones, horrible with the Flemish ones.

I have a friend who pluralizes everything, but when it's actually something plural or ends in "s" he makes it singular, so he says stuff like "Lagunita" hahahaha.

Well, there you go. I know Canadian French utilizes some different words, but I guess I never learned about alternate pronunciations.

Same boat. Though I keep forgetting it's wrong.

I'm in far too deep with the incorrect spelling to ever be able to recover. I can't even pronounce the misspelling consistently. (sometimes you-nih-taw, sometimes you-nye-tuh)

I even made this mistake a couple days ago. Surprised the BA trolls missed it.

Surely I can't be the only one who gets INSANELY irritated when people say Belgium beer or Beligum flavors as opposed to Belgian beer or Belgian flavors. We don't go around saying how good this America beer is that this is a really good America IPA.

The first time I saw Yuengling on tap, I went "OH HELL YEAH! Another Chinese beer... although I don't think I've heard of this one back home?"

I had asked my wife to grab a bottle of FW Stickee Monkee on her way home from work. She came in a door a bit frustrated and said that it took them 15 minutes to find it and the next time I wanted Stinky Monkey I needed to go the store myself.
