Really more of an 'eh' than an 'uh' at the end.

In German it would be bear-LEAN-air. But I think it's acceptable to anglicize the pronunciation in the same way that Berlin is.

I know you were asking about Unibroue, not Maudite, but according to the brewery it's pronounced "mow-dzit."

EDIT: I did see your later post in response to this exact question. I promise this is it.

I could be way off, but I believe Beetlejuice was named after the star, also spelled beetleguise. Again, I could be way off.

How do you pronounce it? I haven't heard it any other way in other areas of the country.

I am pretty sure that all of the 2X lines are doubles, so the 2 Times IPA makes sense to me. 2XIPA is a double IPA, 2XStout is a double milk stout, 2XRye is a double rye ale.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong and there is another way to say it

The star is spelled the same way as that beer referred to here:
    Betelgeuse.

I went to a bar that had Aventinus on tap so I ordered a "Schneider". The bartender handed me a tart cherry "cider", which wasn't terrible, but it was definitely not what I wanted.
