    Day 4 on my move out to Santa Fe -- Stopped off in St. Louis for the night. Currently housing some Whole Foods salad bar consisting of chicken thighs, fajita-style chicken, and some greens mixed in there. Polishing off this Bodhi while some other brews get frosty in this 70s-era Sanyo mini-fridge.

    Went to Bull's Head Pub for a Fresh Squeezed IPA but they kicked the keg and didn't update their web site and I was bummed. So it was a Founder's Double Trouble instead. Quite tasty!

    Imagine you are in a foreign country that you don't really understand, but that you have been ushered to a seat and placed before you is a tall glass that is full. You look around at the faces and they seem weathered, pockmarked and very friendly. The wrinkles are around the eyes that shine. There are youngsters and they are loud, there are women and they are pretty, there are oldsters and they know what you should know.. Suddenly the fellow who brought you here elbows you sharply and you meet his eyes to an understanding you can't come to explain. Just then everyone slams the glass down on the table before they take a long and hearty swig! They erupt into song. You feel elated and wonderful.

    The last time I had Bohemia was with the Mexican Sampler Lunch Platter at Arturo's Restaurant in Nuevo Progresso, Mexico in April, and it was delicious!
