Any Barbapapa still around?

Bermans has Barbapapa and Millionario still on the shelf.

 

I picked up a Barba at the liquor store next to Whole foods in Framingham today - had about 5 bottles left

 

Just bought one today at Granite Liquors in Weymouth. I believe I saw 2 left. Beware though, if you pay them a visit, you're bound to spend a helluva lot more with all the stuff they have to offer.

 

Yeah, she's great. She held a Dissenter for me, and does the same with other unique releases. It's hard to spot due to the train tracks, but easy to get there once you know where it is.

Don't know if you like wine, but she really knows her wine. I've read a dozen wine books and have talked wine with many CA winemakers and winery owners, and visited most wineries in Napa/Sonoma multiple times, and I am clueless by comparison.

 

Saw some at Blanchard's in JP last night FWIW.

 

Pour Richards, eh? My route is in that area every Wednesday for work. I've driven by there a hundred times and service accounts all around it and have never even noticed it's existence. I'll be sure to pay them a visit next week.

 

Attached to a storage place where the train tracks cross Grove Street. Their goal is to carry stuff that others in the area don't. They do that pretty successfully with wine, and less so with beer, although you will find no BMC in the store at all.

 

Any Dissenter in Rhode Island?

 

I found mine at Bottles in Providence....that was almost a week ago.

 

Which store? Is it worth it?

 

I paid $12.50. Worth it of you haven't had it. Don't need more at that price, but glad i tried it.

 

Bottles on Pitman Street in Providence. I think it was $13. As HH said, worth a try at that price, but I passed on additional bottles two times.

 

I spied Barbapapa in several stores in Rockland/Weymouth lately...closer to your area have you tried Julio's probably?
