Forgive me if this has been posted. I've tried to find it, I've tried to search for it. I just wanna know how to initiate a trade between me and another person to accept or deny. I recieved one from a trader just recently and I wanna do it with the rest of my trades so I can build rep. here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!
Click on the other traders avatar. When the box appears on the screen click on "profile page". When the profile page appears, look on the left hand side under the traders avatar. There is a box with join date, points, beers, places, etc. In the bottom of the box it says "trades", click on it. After clicking on "trades" another page will appear with the traders trading history and a "request trade" button. Click on "request trade" and that should do it. You can also save a step by clicking on "trading" in the bottom-left after you click on their avatar. Or you can use the way cfh64 said. Both get you to the same spot to click on the "request trade" button.
Yeah took me a while to find it when I first started trading. It's a lot of clicks and not entirely intuitive.
I spent 30 minutes trying to figure this out. Then I just went to google and typed in "How to Initiate Trade in Beer Advocate". This post showed up. THANKS CFH64!!!
I can't believe how un-intuitive this process is. I read the directions on the site and they aren't clear at all how to initiate a trade. This thread explained it clearly. Thanks!
