    Since the only thing we ever drank in high school was coors light or bud light, I'm guessing it had to be a Newcastle freshman year of college.

    Some Mexican beer in Tijuana, though it wasn't an "import" on that side the border. We used to go over to TJ for the horse races when I was a kid.

    I believe, at least 20 years ago, my first import was Modelo. The first import I enjoyed and remember for sure was Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout.

    Hard to remember...could have been a Moose Head or a Labatts? Could have been a Hiney or maybe even a Corona? To many beers, to long ago...

    My first was definitely German, since I was on a class trip to Germany.

    Pretty sure it was Grolsch.

    Believe it or not, my 1st imported beer was a Chimay my uncle gave me while I was at his house visiting him.

    Dos Equis, but it was in Mexico so it wasn't imported. Lowenbrau was the first beer I had that was imported into the US.

    Heineken, when I was a teen back in the 70's. My best friend's dad owned a small deli/convenience store. We grabbed a six pack from the walk-in while we were cleaning up one night. I'm pretty sure we headed out to the woods to meet up with some other friends and drink them.
