Your uphill battle will be finding a US trader with a 75cl Blabaer '11 that wants a BT'09, not necessarily a rarity factor.
I would think there are few international traders that would make this trade too. It is not widely known that the first batch of BT is that much rarer than any other batch. But I guess it could work, if you found the right guy...
Honestly, the best way to answer that question is to post an ISO. All you're going to get by posting a thread like this is speculation. Sure, someone could say that they traded a BT'09 for a Blabaer, but that doesn't matter in the context of what you're asking. You want someone who will trade you a Blabaer for BT'09, not someone who has traded a BT'09 for a Blabaer.
Oh I think this is pretty widely known that BT 09 commands a much higher value. That said, I can't answer OP's question; I have no idea.
Sorry, should've pointed out that I meant that it isn't widely known internationally. In the US, however, what you say is of course very true.
