Parabola in DMV?

My roommate managed to get the last bottle from the whole foods in Vienna. But Total wine is still scheduled to get cases. They keep saying the end of june though

 

The beer guy at Fishpaws told me he that it should be in next week.

 

I have been waiting for this call from Ye Olde Spirit Shop for a week now. Parabola is on my beer bucketlist and I NEED it. One week can't come quick enough!

 

I was on the phone with them when he/she bought that. "we have 2 bottles lef.. uh, it's all gone!", so uh, thanks there. All good though, I managed to snag a bottle from elsewhere. I know some total wine stores are gettin them in this week though, so call around if you want, but if not it's not like there's not any excellent brews available all the time you can get.

 

Most NoVA Total Wines will have it tomorrow. Probably only one case per store. They should be first come first served.

What are the chances it'll show at Churchkey soon? I'm planning a dinner there with family and friends mid-June. (even if I have to pay bar prices for a bottle of it...)

 

It's all gone in NOVA. it went in a few hours yesterday

Rick's hasn't gotten it in yet. We will get it in later this week.

 

Got the second to last bottle at TW McLean yesterday, so I bet that's likely all gone.

 

I will be in DC from tomorrow until Wednesday next week, and I am not familiar with the area. Is there a chance I can catch Parabola in the area? I will have a car and am staying downtown.

 

Chances are all the parabola will be all gone by then, but a place like Churchkey might have something, but it's a big outside chance

Churchkey did have it at the FW dinner the other night - along with eight other FW beers. A delightful time - both food and beer. Can't make it down if they tap it tonight so will have to settle for drinking it from a bottle (not from the bottle but you know what I mean).
