Bummed not to see Library in there, and not listing either Father's Office seems incredibly misguided. Am I the only one who's not all that high on Daily Pint?

I was at the Daily Pint one time since I'd heard so much about it and left there feeling extremely underwhelmed considering some of the other amazing places around the city.

Daily Pint is a favorite of mine because it's a proper pub in a European fashion or that of other, better drinking cities. It's a place where you can plop down at the bar and always strike up a conversation with random people and where older folk are welcome just as much as beer nerds. I really love it there and feel we need more places like it. Obviously their Scotch collection is crazy and I can usually find a beer I want to drink

We have enough places in the city where we only see 28-38 year olds REALLY focused on their beers and communicating on untappt while having shit else to say to their fellow man in a stool next to them.

Whether it fits on best craft bar in LA list is subjective as all lists and should be taken with a grain of salt. Noone I know goes there because they have something amazing on tap, but I'll drive there just because I'm happy there.

Well they went to Father's Office and did some food and beer pairings with owner/chef Sang Yoon. He was also one of the judges at the end of the show at Golden Road.

yes, the places they feature heavily they usually leave off the lists because they've covered them... like GR wasn't on the brewery list

That's how you wiggle yourself on to the list - by being the partner brewery - makes sense i suppose, both (BD and GRB) are more noise than substance.

Ah, that's right. I forgot they did that a lot more this season versus last. Makes more sense now.

I just don't have reason to go out to Blue Palms anymore, but I will agree that they're a solid spot to go to in that area.

As for the rest of the episode... Ugh. Yeah, I wasn't a fan of the show from the two or so episodes I have watched and this one didn't do me any favors in my perception of them.
