If you're familiar with my rants, you know this one...

The "If-you-won't-drink-an-American-Adjunct-Lager-it's-only-because-you're-a-snob" BA.

Because AAL is the only style that is universally liked, according to these BAs. Not everyone likes IPAs or Hefeweizens, or Oktoberfests or Sours, or barrel-aged Stouts, or (fill in style here) but everyfreakingone likes AALs and those who say they don't like the taste are obviously lying just to be snobby.

And you should never refuse one if offered, even if you don't like the taste (but you really do; see above) because if you turn down an AAL you've violated a primary Man Rule (or Woman Rule as the case may be) and deserve to be ostracized and ridiculed.

 

As long as it is in a fuchsia or carnation colored, ceramic, swing top, imprinted, gold foiled bottle and it has pictures of a Dark Lord, bourbon barrel, vanilla bean, doughnut, licorice stick, mango and grape.

 

The OP, this is my favorite thread of all time BA. Which right now is me. Cause I'm pissing myself over this one...

"The Vertical BA" - their whole goal is to collect as many verticals as they can. I only need a '06 BCBS to complete my vertical. Looking for a '97 to complete my Vintage Ale vertical. Anybody have a '07 Darkness, I need it to complete my vertical. We get it dude, you must have every vintage of every beer ever, even if they are way past their prime and no longer what the brewer intended them to be.
