So @phuntasy and I drained the growler tonight. We found the malt/hop balance to be a bit geared toward the malty side of the spectrum, but the hops were definitely present and gave it a tropical fruit note which was very nice. A little heavier volume on the late hop additions and this would really find a great balance. Thanks for sharing it with us, we're always thrilled to try new things!

 

So I realized I had too much Surly at home (not really a problem). Just packed up four cans. Now the question. Who does it go to?

How is such a thing possible?

 

I actually have some old Surly cans from May sitting in the fridge. Cut way back on my drinking this fall while I study for the CPA. They're old enough that I wouldn't send them to anybody tho!
