Russian River distribution schedule for Colorado?

At Colo. Liquor Mart they said that only got 1 case, which I think means 12 for the sours? Either way, I think you are right, very little made it out.

Had anyone heard that RR is pulling out of CO? I heard this today at a store in FC....

 

They pulled out of another state recently, Oregon maybe? I think that led to rumors of Colorado being next. Apparently because of their relationship with Falling Rock, they won't pull out of Colorado but...who knows. I hope not.

 

I doubt they are pulling out. Turns out Hazels got one case of 12 (and I snagged the last one). No one else in Boulder got any (that I am aware of). Perhaps there was simply less Temptation this time around. I wouldn't read too much into it. Consecration and Supplication have been plentiful this year in CO. The lack of Damnation/Redemption is concerning, but Pliny has made regular appearances all year.

 

To clarify, there were multiple liquor stores in Boulder that got Pliny but no Temptation. Hazels got the only case that I know about, which makes sense, since I'm sure they carry every last beer Elite distributes. The place is huge.

 

Yeah I agree...like I said, I suspect the Colorado rumors started because of what happened in Oregon. There was definitely less Temptation than prior sours that were sent out. Grapevine didn't get any Temptation and, while they don't get Pliny, they usually get the other offerings, and got none (unless they get a random case next week or something). The Pliny has been awesome...I picked up 7 this go around without much effort. Keep it coming RR!

 

Don't you guys mean Washington? Or did RR pull out of Oregon now too?

I think we're safe for now...

 

Temptation only comes once a year and it's almost always September and always more limited than Supplication & Consecration..... people keep freaking out about RR pulling out and in reality the only difference is that supply is a little less than normal and demand keeps going up.

 

Oh yeah, I knew it was one of those PNW states, sorry for any confusion.

I noticed several stores in Boulder got RR this week after missing the drop last week. I guess it's up to the distributor.
