http://moderntimesbeer.com/beer/year-round This may be common knowledge but I just came across this the other day. The Modern Times out of San Diego posts all of their recipes in homebrew batch size on their website. I love that they do this. I know a lot of the pilot batches can be found on @OldSock 's blog, but didn't realize TMT posted all of them. I've yet to have any of their beers but they all sound awesome and it seems like TMT really focuses on quality. I can't wait to brew Black House!! Enjoy! Pat.
I didn't know they did that either. I haven't gotten to try anything from them also, but have been interested since I was introduced to the brewery.
Cheers guys! There have been a couple minor tweaks to the production batches not made it to the BeerSmith recipes, but they're all pretty close: http://beersmithrecipes.com/viewuser/29855/moderntimes
When I was in San Diego last year I stopped in and sampled their product. It was well worth the stop!
This begs the question of - what other breweries are members that are actively sharing recipes on beersmithrecipes?
None that I'm aware of, but several breweries post homebrew recipes online: Avery: http://averybrewing.com/brewery/recipes-for-homebrewers/ Deschutes: http://www.deschutesbrewery.com/brews/homebrew-recipes
Begging the question means "assuming the conclusion (of an argument)", a type of circular reasoning. This is an informal fallacy where the conclusion one is attempting to prove is included in the initial premises of an argument, often in an indirect way that conceals this fact. Just sayin.'
