    Okay, I thought of one...

Shakesbeer's Fine Ales, featuring such offerings as

Ale's Well That Ends Well (brett fermented pale ale)
Romeo and Lupulet (American style IPA)
    Julius Saison (dry-hopped saison)
The Barleywines of Windsor (English style barleywine)
    The Tempest (Russian imperial stout)

And of course, from the sour line:

    Lambic Pentameter
    Taming of the Gueuze

Both American wild ales brewed in the lambic/gueuze tradition.

Mhm, few ideas although most would be for prewpubs: Transilvanian Forest (or Castle) brewpub, Erik the Red's Longhouse (Nordic mythology themed), Danann's Well (Celtic mythology themed) or Wolserker/Berserker Brewing.

    Dirty Rotten Brewing....

It may sound unappealing but lets be honest how many times have you had a brew simply because it had an odd name. Besides in Northern Ireland everyone would drink simply to be able to answer the question 'what are you drinking?' with the phrase.... "A Drity Rotten pint"

Everything we'd brew would be dirty rotten.
    Dirty Rotten Stout
    Dirty Rotten Lager
    Dirty Rotten IPA
    etc etc...

Well you all get the point. Great thread by the way!!
