Stone, should make a "Pseudo Intellectual Arrogant Bastard" Ale variant someday.

I give credit to a deceased co-worker of mine for that phrase. Worked in biotech industry with lots of PhD's from Duke, Ivy league schools etc. He was a older gent with 25+ years of experience in the industry as a manager but only held a Master's degree so he was looked down upon by the elitist community at work. In one meeting he got so offended by some young hot-shot PhD that was an idiot but full of himself, and the older gent blurted out "I'm so tired of your Pseudo Intellectual Arrogance" and stormed out of the meeting. It was beyond epic and yet spot on. God rest his soul, he was awesome! I want Stone to honor him with that title.

mine would be name two dykes brewery and pub. We would have tongue-and-cheek names.

    Names:
Pear Diver- It would be an oyster stout with chilies. The name explains itself.
Recruiter or "Just Roommates": A lighter pale ale. with apricots. This would get any BMC drinker to recruit to craft beer.
Dina-shore weekend: A deep sweet chocolate cherry porter. We would use bing cherries. Perfect for ladies weekend.
Weekend warrior- Strong 11% barley wine with dark sea salt chocolate. "A way to relax after a long week of hard work or play."

Yacht Club Cowboy, to signify my roots in Massachusetts and my relocation to Texas. Our flagship would be "Harbor Water Gose," and we'd brew a summer seasonal called "Boston Harbor Water" which is the same Gose with English Tea added. Also an IPA called "Hop on the Bandwagon" and an oak-aged IPA called "Hop on the Old Bandwagon."

My brother and I have had a couple drunken thoughts on this idea, but in all honesty it's pretty unlikely this will ever come to fruition.

lol @WckdVbz , this name won't work. You must have a part of an already existing SC brewery in your name of choice- unless you're starting one out of state, then that's fine.

I wouldn't put any actual possible names here...

    THEY'RE MY IDEAS, ALL MINE!

Can I ask why a beer called Gose Almighty doesn't exist yet though? Come on.
