    What's up Great Lakes. What is the story with this beer? I just had it on draft today and it tasted incredibly fresh. But all of the recent reviews are indicating past vintages? Can someone elaborate on the production of this beer? Thanks in advance.

    They haven't bottled it since 2007(?)

    They just started making it again. I have seen it at special events since March. No idea if they plan on bottling it again.

    I shared a bottle of the 2007 vintage recently and it wasn't nearly as bad as I hoped and imagined it would be.

    Fresh barrels shipping this week. Mike Romans was supposed to get a keg today. This will never be bottled again,because brewer was so mad that people were cellaring this,the last thing you should do with a big hoppy beer

    That doesn't seem like a very good reason for brewery/brewer to never bottle a beer again...where did you hear that? I actually heard from someone who spoke to Brett Porter directly that it will be bottled in 22 oz bottles. That was several months ago so something could have changed....

    I wonder if it had their generic "cellar for up to 5 years" crap on it. It's not true for all of their brews anyways so I could see the mistake.

    We should be getting a barrel of this as well in the next week or two. Looking forward to throwing that on tap, I've heard good things about past vintages!

    Had it on tap last night at Burnhearts in Milwaukee. It was ok. Nothing I would go outta my way for.

    I had 2007 a few months ago. Not a disaster, but it wasnt what i would really call good.....better than Lenny's RIPA though!
