Other Half Brewing

Last weekend when the tasting room got packed, they opened up the front of the brewery to accommodate the overflow. That small tasting room may be an impediment to more sales, but i love the "charm" of it.

I would not give them the same exact ratings, but that is the same order I would put those beers in.

Looking forward to getting my hands on the new batch of Green Diamonds this weekend.

 

Drinking some spanking fresh Green Diamonds now, so good. Astoria Bier and Cheese has Green Diamonds, Southernhopalistic and Earl on tap now. Very cool place. Earl was solid but nothing special.

Headed to the brewery tomorrow if anyone else is going to be there let me know. Screw the NFL, would rather drink great beer than watch the games this week.

 

Are the beers listed under "Beers" on their website an accurate list of of what's on tap at the brewery currently?

So I think they are doing a cheese pairing on Sunday. The only reason I say "think" is because I ran into Sam and Anthony last night pretty buzzed and this morning I had a new calendar entry saying "Other Half Cheese" this Sunday which I don't remember adding.

So yes they are doing a Cheese Pairing this Sunday at 2 pm. I didn't make that up in a drunken haze.

Looks awesome. I'm planning on stopping by earlier (around noon), but maybe they'll have the cheeses ready to go.
