So I'm hoping someone can help me out here...

I of course live in St. Louis but will be visiting family in the Bay Area over thanksgiving. Was curious if anyone could tell me how prevalent/scarce the Bourbon County allocation has been in the past up there so I know what I'm getting myself into on Black Friday and can plan accordingly. Any help is most appreciated.

    Thanks and Cheers!

Based on last year's re-release of BC, BCBS is definitely obtainable if you hit up stores early on Black Friday. Backyard Rye was delayed and took a few weeks to arrive but that was more difficult to find.

I was able to find BCBS and BCBBW fairly easily, but coffee and backyard rye were tough to find. For the record, it's NorCal.

In the Sacramento area, Coffee was really hard to get - the others very easy.

It's easy to find on Black Friday. However some places will have a 2-4 bottle limit, and other places will have no limit and will let you buy multiple cases. If it's like last year, that is.

Where were you finding these? Bottle shops vs. places like Trader Joes / Nugget market type places?

I know BevMo seemed to get these up and down the state.

One Bevmo had a 4pk limit. Another Bevmo 8 mins away, had no limit with cases sitting on the floor. Really just depends. This was only for the regular version.
