I enjoy going down to Alpine Beer Co in Alpine Ca. Great BBQ at the restaurant and fresh Nelson on tap.

Just got back from California and hit a bunch. Stone was easily the coolest one of them all. Unbelievable atmosphere. Barrelhouse Brewing was also a really cool place.

Honestly, they're all great. Fresh beer, different offerings you can't get anywhere else, cool atmospheres, what more could you want? I make it a point to visit as many as I can. Never had a bad experience.

I would make a trip to Vermont and go to Hill Farmstead. As a beer lover, it was hands down the best beer experince I have ever had. Literally, forget everything else.

Haven't really been to a lot of breweries, but Troegs is great. The atmosphere is all about the beer. Long, family seating style tables, no TVs and distractions.

I went to the new DFH brewery in Milton and was told that Sam C invented the idea of the brewery tour. he also apparently invented pumpkin beer, IPA, open fermentation, brewpubs, and kittens. the tour guide did say that the DFH tour is the most enjoyable, first of its kind extremely radical off centered experience anyone could ever imagine. I had to agree.

also Ommegang is very enjoyable. every time.
    Cheers.

I enjoyed visiting DFH while on vacation. Up in Maine, I liked the Allagash tour. Newish facilities. Here in NJ, I dig the way Kane has their brewery set up. Fun tastings, not much of a tour.

Ommegang was amazing. Couldn't agree more. Literally in the middle of NOWHERE, but that's part of what makes it so majestic.

I like it when a brewery also serves food.
Stone in Escondido is must!! Lost Abbey, and Societe (loved the smell of all the wood) if in the SD area. Mid Atlantic area go to Dogfish head brewery and also the alehouse for some great food. Also Lancaster brewing co has great beers and food as well.
BA should have a brewery visit stat included in our beer karma just not places.
