My last name is Miller, so I'd try something catchy like "Miller Brewing Company"

    Paradigm Shift Brewing Co.
Drunk Around the Campfire (BBQ themed brewpub, centered around an open cooking pit)
Port Royal (Old fashioned tavern, 18th century West Indies-style, complete with rum, bumbo, sherry, and of course, ale. Local food, too.)

I'm a psychologist, so something like "Imploding Ego Brewing Company". Id would be a 13+% BA Stout, Ego would be a black and tan style, and Superego would be an alcohol-free beer. I suppose there's a lot of directions one could go.

i would probably go with pop's beer factory, after my grandfather. he's the hardest working family man i know, and aloyal beer drinker. every time we went there as kids we would pass a brewery and my mom always told us, theres pop's
beer factory. now, when i take my son i always tell him the same thing. just recently found out sam adams bought it a few years back. anyway, thought it would be a cool name. when i think of beer drinkers, hard working family men are what come to mind. 2 names of beers i think would be cool, although they dont fit in with the brewery name, are hey porter (johnny cash reference...probably used already) and wounded wabbit (ive always hated overly hopped beers and hopheads who say any beer that isnt sucks so here's my answer). thought it was a clever name for a low hopped beer.

Well, if I were to open one up, it would be with my best friend, so "S n' M Brewing," featuring such brews as the fuzzy handcuffs... I would have gone with "8-bit Brewing," but it appears to be already taken :slight_frown:

I was thinking out some names for a brewery and got stuck on the skeleton/bones theme.

Bare Bones Brewing, with such staples as:

    Vertebrae IPA
    Skull Fracture IIPA
    Occipital Hazard Barleywine
    Radius Helles Lager
    Humerus Pale Ale
    Lumbar SupPorter
    Sternum Stout

    and so on

Beer and animals. Doesn't get much better. Would name my beers after the great many wonderful pets that I and others have owned and loved, and would donate proceeds from one day's sales each month to various charities and societies that benefitted animals. Would make it a pet friendly brewery where people could bring well behaved dogs maybe once a month or one day a week. Yeah...that's an endeavor I hope I can see come to fruition some day.
