Ok, I paid $7.00 a bottle, times that by 6 and we are at $42.00 so now you are in the ballpark.

Who cares about jacked up ABV why not make a solid 8-9% DIPA and charge $18 per six pack

Hold on, I was only playing devils advocate and saying it is unfair to compare 30 low abv beers to 6 high abv beers.

I don't like TRIPA all that much and would not pay $6.00 a bottle for it

And as anyone who homebrews knows...hand-bottling suuuucks. I can't imagine doing it for >2000 bottles. Plus labeling.

Does anyone know if the six packs sold out? I don't want any, just curious.

Then they shouldn't choose to bottle their shittt beers and stick to the money makers. I just don't like that they acted like they were doing us consumers a great service by offering these fantastically difficult beers to brew at such a high abv....

This. I am glad they bottle BB4D 4D and a few others but if its such a difficult task I am more than cool drinking it draft only until a new and improved system is in place. Upside down labels on sticky bottles with short pours for the win!

From what I heard, "you had to know people" to get some. Not sure what that means....but it was only a select few people that got it.

nah, just stating fact. I'm sure I speak for the masses on this matter. It's basic economics first and then costumer service.

You also have an interesting view of what a fact is.

I like both actually, and prefer tripa to dripa. Pricy, but a special occasion so no big deal.
