a Brewery in Big Sur would be fantastic

then again, you can say that about a lot of cities without breweries. I'd like to see a Palm Springs Brewing.

still don't understand why there isn't a Los Angeles Brewing / Brewery

Why would anyone give away an awesome name for their microbrewery? I don't want anyone taking my ideas and thoughts.

Still working on my microbrewery name, but I'd love to produce a massive IPA called M'nad Knocker. (Herewith trademarked; call me Trill.) Should be popular in New Hampshire, at least, even if its brewer never quite learns to appreciate it...

Beardless wonder brewing. We would have the only male brewers without facial hair. We'd also have a Inkless IPA just to be different too.

If I could afford to start a brewery, I'd name it StarFall. In honor of the song " Stars Fell on Alabama". It would premier a saison & / or a pale ale with a casual southern ambiance.

Quirky beer names are better than silly brewery names. I'd keep the name more businesslike. Naming after a local landmark or neighborhood would be more up my alley.

    or

New York Yank These (the logo would feature a hand grabbing a pair of hops in the groin area)

    or

New York Bretts (if my prior idea is shot down)

    or

Stupid Brewing Co. (Just so I could make Stupid Flanders Red Ale)

Old Church Door Brewery. When we bottle our home brew we setup 2 sawhorses and a old door we got from a church that was remodeling. That's our work bench.

All our beers would have as generic names as possible e.g. [My surname]'s Bitter, [My surname]'s Mild
